Our journey begins with Dillon, who started his entrepreneurial path at just 14 years old, selling candles at farmers markets. That early spark of hustle and customer service turned into a lasting drive to build something of his own.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when furniture stores were backlogged and families were spending more time at home, Dillon saw an opportunity. He began sourcing and refurbishing pre-owned sectional couches—helping people get the comfort they needed, without the long wait times or high prices. What started out of a garage quickly gained momentum as word spread and demand grew.

From there, he transitioned into buying and selling overstock and open-box furniture, always focused on offering great deals and fast availability. Eventually, The Couch Dude evolved into what it is today: a trusted source for brand new, in-box sectional couches that are stylish, high-quality, and affordable.
