We proudly stand behind every couch we sell. Each piece includes a 1-year limited warranty.

What's Covered (1 Year)

  • Frame & Structure

    Wooden frame failure, structural breakage, and internal support failures not caused by misuse.

  • Springs/ Suspension System

    Broken springs/ manufacturing defects in the support system not caused by misuse.

  • Cushions

    Severe premature breakdown due to defect.

  • Fabric

    Defects in material or workmanship (not stains, fading, or heacy soiling).

What's Not Covered

  • Normal Wear and Tear

    (Softening cushions, fading fabric, pilling or minor compression).

  • Stains, Spills, Burns, Pet Damage, or Soiling

  • Damage From Misuse, Abuse, or Commercial Use

  • Issues Caused By Chemical Treatments or Improper Cleaning

How Claims Work

  • Submit Claims To One Of Our Contact Methods

  • The Couch Dude May Repair or Replace Defective Parts At Their Discretion

  • If Original Materials Are Unavailable, Substitutions Of Equal or Better Quality May Be Used.

  • Replacement Fabrics May Vary Slightly In Color Due To Dye Lot Differences

  • You May Be Responsible For Bringing Affected Pieces To A Local Repair Shop
